Registration is very simple, and may be done by calling the practice on 01276 471929. Once you have booked your first appointment / consultation and been seen by our dentist you will then be registered with the practice and be under our duty of care. If in doubt, please feel free to pop in and see the practice where one of our friendly team members will greet you and show you around, and introduce you to the dentist if you wish. If you have any questions just ask.
The practice is accepting new adult and child patients on an independent basis, meaning that our prices are very competitive with the NHS.
Prior to seeing the dentist you will be asked to fill in a confidential medical history. This helps us to provide the best and safest treatment for you. Once in the surgery the dentist will thoroughly examine your teeth, gums and related tissues, the way you bite, and the joints of your jaws, along with cancer screening. Feel free at this appointment to express any concerns, or issues relating to any aspect of your mouth or smile that concerns you. Our surgeries are fitted with an intra oral camera/photo systems and x ray equipment to help with diagnosis and explanation of any proposed treatment. The dentist will also give you a very accurate idea of the total treatment cost, and you will be given a copy to take home.
If you have a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you're offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our upmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
Please follow our guidance for emergency arrangements during evenings and weekends by calling our practice and following our answer phone instructions.
